1. Rendang

Rendang, a delicious meat dish from West Sumatra, was again named the Best Food in the CNN World's 50 Best Foods published in July 2017.
Rendang is one of five Indonesian specialties that have been proven by the Ministry of Tourism as an Indonesian culinary icon. In addition, celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay was also tempted to learn to cook rendang directly in West Sumatra.

7. Serabi
